New patients
Your first visit, with a clear next step. Here is how to contact the clinic, prepare for your consultation and understand what happens afterwards.
1. Start with the team
Call or send a general appointment inquiry through the clinic’s contact options. Say that you are a new patient and ask which consultation options are suitable for your needs and location.
The team must confirm the appointment date, time, time zone and location or online arrangements. Opening a contact link does not reserve an appointment.
2. Prepare what matters
- Write down your main questions and what you hope to discuss.
- Prepare a list of medicines and supplements, including doses if you know them.
- Ask which existing test results or reports are useful and how to share them securely.
- Tell the team about language, mobility, hearing or other access needs when arranging your visit.
3. Understand your care plan
A consultation may cover your history, current concerns, relevant results and treatment options. Make room for the questions that matter to you, and ask for clarification if anything is unclear.
4. Leave with clear next steps
Before you finish, confirm the agreed plan, any next steps, when follow-up may be needed and how to contact the team. Ask about the cost and arrangements for future visits before booking them.
Keep your information private
Use general messages for appointment inquiries. Please do not send medical reports, identity documents or payment information through a general website or social-media message. Ask the clinic for its approved secure route.
For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Take the next step
Speak with the team about your needs and available appointment options. Your appointment is confirmed only when the clinic agrees the details with you.
